Call this morning 5 hours before transfer to cancel. 😢 Embryo has continued to fragment and they can no longer tell if it is 2 or 4 cells when it should be 6-8 by now.
They will keep it going until Saturday but they said it's unlikely to be ok.
So it's over for now. Just makes it really suck that I have the question mark over my disappearing follicles.

Oh Orla I can imagine how upset you must feel. You gAve it your everything and more but hang onto some hope for Saturday. Rest up and give yourself time to process all this then make a plan that is right for you with lots of questions for your clinic to allow you to make any changes to next cycle. Sorry to read your post Orla, this happened to me on my 2nd cycle. Was on my way for egg transfer when the hospital called to say dont bother coming. Its totally devastating to have it snatched away from you without giving you a chance.
My clinic suggested i was not suited to Gonal F which was my first try with that drug.
It may be that they will change your drug package and fingers crossed next time is a much better result for you.

Has anyone cancelled a transfer due to significant stress / wider issues?
IVF frozen egg transfer. Fresh transfer cancelled due to high progesterone 
Disheartening very thin linning from 10.2 to 4 and fresh transfer potentially being cancelled
