Did nothing for the first day, second day I managed an hour in town (was still recovering from a very painful EC) - on the third day I went Christmas shopping for a few hours. I watched a lot of comedies as laughter is supposed to help implantation x
My clinic said to be sensible and no hoovering, housework, lifting. They also said that if in doubt don't do it. Everyone is different so best to see how you feel, you might be a bit sore/tender/bloated after EC. I went back to work after 2 days off for EC but ET happened on Fridays or weekends so didn't effect work.
Good luck.
I'd say do as little as possible. Eat well, include Brazil nuts and pineapple, lots of sleep and relaxation and no really hot baths for the first few days afterwards.
