Fertility treatment what to expect?

Hi all

I have pcos and endometriosis. A little history is I had a laparoscopy in May 2014 and again in May this year this time with ovarian drilling. My husband and I have been trying for a baby since after my first op with no success. His sperm levels are above normal. I have been charting my temperature and using ovulation tests which show I am ovulating. We are now awaiting an appointment at the fertility clinic.

My main question is what I might expect from the fertility clinic in the way of treatment? I have been reading up on all sorts of things from hormone tablets to ivf and just wanted to hear some experiences of anyone who is similar to me?

Any advice would be great.
