So I had my first IVF consultation last Wednesday and I was gobsmacked that they was going to start my IVF journey so quickly seen as I'm having it on the NHS. They was going to start me this month but because it works out that the clinic will be shut for when I need togo in for a scan there now re-scheduling it till the 20th November when my next AF will be due. Soooo excited but nervous at the same time!!! There was sooo much information to take in and so much paperwork I whent out of there thinking I actually can't remember everything's they said 😂 The next thing for me to do is call when my November AF starts and then go in for injection training 😁 And then it will all begin ❤️.. hoping the first time works as I only have 1 go on the NHS but if I have embryos frozen from this cycle (wich hopefully I do) I could have FET for free if the fresh cycle doesn't but hopefully it does 🍀

Hey Hun! Congratulations! You are like me lol. Had my first consultation in September and started my down regulation injection last Friday. I am praying for a BFP aswell onn my first go. Iv had two failed IUIs this year and just want to close this year on a positive. Hope all goes well for you! Xx

Good luck Kimross Same story here - we only have 1 go on the NHS...we'll be doing the paperwork for funding in a couple of weeks. I have read/heard a number of first time ivf success stories...keep the fingers crossed xx
