Hello everyone, I am currently day 3 of down regulation for our FET and we have one frozen embryo. I am soooo excited but sooooo scared!! I was wondering if anyone had any advise or wise words? Thank u kindly, much love xxx

Be hopeful but realistic, try and stay calm and remember it only takes the 1, we only we had the one and we're really lucky as it's worked for us. Good luck xx

No glue but did have a scratch also only took the day of transfer and say after off work although did have a week off after our BFP but that was planned beforehand for my birthday. Xx

No, its not offered at my clinic (I'm a Brit living in New Zealand).

I had a few days away in a cottage with my husband afterwards which was nice just to get our head around things. I definitely recommend taking some time out. I took the whole week off work and spent most of it cooking!

I was back at work this week and my job is fairly stressful. I didn't go to my normal gym bootcamp but have just been walking the dog everyday as usual.

I also made sure I avoided the foods banned in pregnancy but I certainly haven't only been eating healthy foods. x

My first attempt failed , we have used our one and only frozen one I'm on day 4 of a 5 day blast. We decided that we would use glue this time as we didn't last time , and I've taken 2 weeks off work this time. you need to do what's right for u Hun. Xx good luck

Just wanted to say hi and good luck, I'm having my one & only frostie transferred on Tuesday (all being well of course 🙏🏻) I feel the same..excited but scared. My first cycle didn't work and I did everything right, this time I've let myself have decaf coffee (didn't have any whatsoever last time) and sugar and just been more relaxed, I'm hoping that helps!

I had only one good grade frozen embryo and took a positive test last week. We have a second embryo frozen but the grade is not very good. The transfer procedure is painless and very quick! I had some cramping and bleeding during the 2ww so dont necessarily be alarmed if you get these symptoms too. good luck, routing for you ! xx

I am currently on day 9 of estrogen tablets after 14 days down regulating ready for our one and only Frostie too. It's exciting and nerve wracking in equal measure!!! Loving the positive posts about success 😄

Hopefully all of us ladies currently going through fet with only the one embryo waiting for us get lucky this time round.

awwwww what lovely messages, Thank u all 😊 I am LOVING the positive news, congratulations to each and everyone and I have EVERYTHING crossed for EVERYONE else xxx I rung my clinic today about the glue and I am awaiting an embryogenesis (think I spelt that right) to ring me Monday to talk me about it. All a bit confusing, but I want to try EVERYTHING. Lots of love xxx
