Group Information meeting

Hello, I was wondering if anyone can provide some insight into the group meeting for ivf. I am not sure if my husband can make it due to work commitments, is it essential that he comes with me. Also does anyone know what is discussed during this meeting. One last question - will my weight be checked at this meeting? Thanks x leena

Hi Leena - all clinics are different. We were NHS and it was a condition of our treatment that we both attend the meeting but give them a call and see what they say. My weight was not checked at that meeting but it was at both subsequent appointments with the consultant x

My husband couldn't make our information evening either. My mum came with me and there was another girl with her mum there too xxx

Thats good to know .. I feel a bit odd going there without my husband....im hoping he can make it xx
