Hi Sam!! Woohoo top of the list!! Feels like it takes a lifetime to get to this point!! This is what me and DH did but we're in the 2ww so can't tell you if it helped or not just yet!!!

For 3 months prior to treatment we gave up alcohol/caffeine and any processed foods. We started taking pre-pregnancy vitamins/wellman conception too. All of our meals were freshly prepared, lots of fish, eggs, chicken, kale, nuts, seeds, fruit and veg. Basically everything you're supposed to eat all of the time which was easy for me as I'm pretty good with my diet but DH isn't and he loved all of the home cooking and different recipes!! I tried to cut out sugar but it was just too hard and I didn't eat too much anyway. Basically do whatever you can so that when you get those results you can be confident that there was nothing more you could have done.

I also started acupuncture once I started the jabs but the jury's out on that one!! Some people swear by it though!! Try to relax as much as possible and enjoy yourselves, it's a hard process as it is, make sure your doesn't life stop while you're waiting for or going through treatment.

Sorry for waffling but wishing you lots of luck!!! x x x

My acupuncturist recommends three sessions before EC and one after ET. I only did two before and one after because it's Β£35 for 20 minutes and I'm cheap haha πŸ˜‚ reflexology sounds really good would love to try that! Sounds like you're good to go just keep doing what you're doing and plan things to fill your time so you have things to look forward to in between appointments. It will fly by once the jabs start!!! x x x

Hi. I had the scratch, acupuncture, seven seas conception vitamins, cut out caffeine and ate loads of pineapple after embryo transfer. Didn't really change my diet to be honest but did some yoga to relax. Not sure how much all of these helped but I'm currently 33 weeks pregnant 😁 Good luck! Xxx
