I know I was told not to take a bath or apply any heat to my stomach on the day of my transfer as this may cause more bleeding or the bleeding to worsen. So in theory I guess it would be ok but if it was me I would probably stay on the safe side and leave it a couple more days. You are free to take painkillers (I think they just recommend paracetamol?) or could you apply a heat pack/warm not boiling hot water bottle to your back so the heat is not directly on your stomach?

Hopefully someone has more useful advice for you!

Definitely no baths after transfer but ask your clinic about after EC. The pain should ease after 2ww. X
