Hello, looking for some advise. I am nearly seven weeks pregnant. Can I have a warmish bath? I have read conflicting advice on this just wondering your opinions. Thanks. Xx

I think that Diane advises a quick dip in and out in lukewarm water only. In this weather lukewarm water will probably be more refreshing anyway xx

I have cool / lukewarm baths - which are lovely in this weather :) Can only stay a little bit as I get shivery!

Hi Blueberry16. Yes, of course, but in, wash and out! Warm water only. Enjoy! You will probably enjoy it being cool in this weather anyway. Diane

My clinic in Cyprus said no baths for 12 weeks so following there advice! I can’t see why a quick dip wouldn’t hurt but I’m not going to bother xx
