When did you see a heartbeat on ultrasound?

Hello,

So when did you ladies see the heartbeats. I am 6 plus 3 today and everything was there except for the heartbeat. I am hoping they will see it when they re-scan next week. I know lots of sources say you should see it at 6 weeks?

Most things we saw said 6/7 weeks. Try and relax.

We had no heartbeats at 6 and had to go back at 7 and there were two!! 

Try and relax, drink lots of fluids and rest. Feet up, box sets, nice food and fresh air. That way you know you have done everything you can to make the baby grow. Best of luck xxxx

It's usually around 7 week mark to see a heartbeat. Roll on next week for you!!x

7 weeks for me they wouldn't do it before x

We saw the heartbeat at our 7 week scan (although it had to be pointed out to us) x

I'm sure that although sometimes you can see it at 6 weeks, sometimes you can't and 7/8 weeks is more reliable. Good luck!

Wonderful for posting this I was gonna get mine done st 6w but think will try and survive til 7 weeks 30.4.

My clinic wouldn't scan before 7 weeks for this reason, they wanted to be sure that a heartbeat could be seen. Do your best to relax and best of luck for the next scan! Xx
