Hi all, mr and my wife are due to attend ( after almost a year of waiting) to attend our consultation, we've been advised that it will take 2.5 hours, anyone had recent experience if what this will involve. We are attending UCLH in london before getting treatment at CRGH? Thanks in advance all

Hi sanj76.  I'm sure some of the others will fill you in on what happens with your first appointment.  However, I do have a list of questions I can email you if you want.  There just may be 1 or 2 you may not have thought of asking.  If you email me in confidence to [e-mail] I will send it to you.  Hope all goes well with the consultation and a teatment plan is soon sorted for you both.  Diane

We had a lot of forms to fill out on our first appointment with the nurse and they talked us through the procedure and what would happen 😄
