Period type pains

Hi I need some advice as getting a little worried. I had my eggs collected on 18th March and the egg I was given was a five day blastocyst on the Tuesday. This evening I have started with a dull period type pain nothing too painful but there. Does this mean my cycle won't work? I am meant to do my pregnancy test 5th April

Hi Lisa, I had period like cramps on both my failed and successful cycle. Hopefully the cramps you're feeling are possibly implantation cramping. Good luck!! 🍀 x

Hi Lisa! For me the cramps didnt result in good news unfortunately but I know every woman can be different and hopefully it will work out for you! The main thing is to try and stay relaxed throughout the whole process which I know is easier said than done. X

Defiantly TRY to relax although that's not easy I know! I definatly had "period like" cramps and was convinced it had failed but period symptoms and very early pregnancy symptoms are excatly the same!! It's cruel but that's why it best to stay positive and try to relax (I'm now 33 weeks pregnant)

Hello, I also had period like cramps during the 2ww. Remember your body has been through a lot and there will be some bruising and swelling in your ovaries from EC which is probably why you're experiencing this. I got a bfp so it's definitely nothing to worry about. Good luck x
