Girls .. i have my egg transfer tomo (if not monday) x any tips .. going to have until Thursday off work and wear 2 pairs of socks. Is it true about pineapple ? Anything else? Got acupuncture tonight !

Good luck - are you having 1 or 2 put back in ? I got 16 eggs but only 5 mature and 3 fertilised - it doesn't seem like a lot so im a bit worried today. also they are saying 3 day embryo transfer but what I read online is that they are normally the poor quality ones they do a 3 day with ?????? xx

Mine were frozen day 2 because of quality issues last time, that's why I am terrified they didn't survive last night after the defrost. Or have stopped developing.

My embryologist said if we get three and two are OK one not so, put all three

My heart is saying no, max two

I want a healthy pregnancy not a high risk, and putting three in runs tooooo many risks.

I have to see at 1130

I just need to know they are OK

I read about 2 day ones and apparently they do better in uterin than in the lab

Would think day 3 are the same

I don't know if it's true about pineapple but I ate it every day during my 2ww! I also ate lots of protein (mainly chicken) and Brazil nuts. I had acupuncture too.

Apart from that I just tried to keep busy and found box sets and the cinema took my mind off things.

Eats lots of warming foods - soups, porridge, Stews. Brazil nuts for the selenium. Drink water at room temperature. Most importantly find distractions - box sets, walks. Apparently laughing aids implantation. Good luck!
