Hey,

Had one healthy embryo transferred today and two will be frozen.

Hospital said to carry on as normal but does anyone have any good advice or is it just business as usual?

My clinic said to be sensible & if you had any doubts you probably shouldn't do it. They also said no hoovering or ironing, heavy lifting.

Fingers crossed for a BFP.

Take it easy as much as you can. I ate Brazil nuts, pineapple lots of protien and veg. It worked for me but dunno if that was anything to do with it. Ha ha. Drink gallons of water and try stay positive. I had a meltdown after 1St week and drove myself bonkers with goole so try stay away from it. Best of luck.

I took it so easy this time basically lay on couch watching films, last 3 times I went back to work and done things I maybe shouldn't have everyone feels different what they think should and shouldn't do but I got my bfp after 3 fails so I would definitely say rest good luck with us journey 🍀 xxxxxx

Absolutely but I am glad im back tomorrow, too much time off would kill me. Makes the days drag in lol xx
