You are all so brave for going on this journey I just with I could join you. We may never get to that stage however if they don't manage to find sperm.
As DH never had children and is now 54 and vasectomised 19 years ago we know it's a long shot but it's hard to have a tiny bit of hope given to you and told to be on folic acid and vit D and no alcohol and actually my BMI was only 20.5 so told to eat more in prep......
What if they cannot get sperm?
What if he doesn't have any??
The questions - I asked them to the urologist and he was patient but uncommittal.....
Let's hope that they find some and your journey can start.
If they don't it's not all over as you could consider donor sperm. We used donor eggs for our 3rd round of treatment, sadly didn't result in a BFP. Donor sperm isn't for everyone but it might be worth considering. I found the donor conception website really useful.
I know exactly how you feeling. My husband has Azoospermia and we have our follow up with the urologist tomorrow to find out what has caused it and if we will ever have a child that is biologically ours. Having a sperm donor is not something we are willing to consider unfortunately. I will keep my fingers crossed for you x
