Hi, Sophia! Nothing special but lead a healthy lifestyle. No alcohol. No late hour spent at work giving your body more rest. You can just take some vitamins which your doc might recommend you to support the needed levels. Be active but wisely. Do some exercising or find option to this. Try to spend more time in the fresh air. And find lovely people to talk to as this is only the start of your journey and probably you'll get some questions later.

Personally I found women who were in the same process and stages I was. It was very useful to have them to talk to and we all always had something to share. I achieved pregnancy with de ivf. So only was the one to carry the baby to term. But anyway did everything possible to keep my body strong and healthy for the procedure. That's why I understand your desire to get ready very well. Every lady is aware of.

But the most important thing is to find the right expert who'll guide you along the whole process.

May God bless you xx
