Very interesting! I'm not keen on it so not really had it, but my sister loves it and at one point was drinking at 4 cups a day which I told her to try and cut back simply because of the caffeine, so she's managed to find decaffeinated green tea. She still continues with it though in the hope the antioxidant properties will help with her anxiety and possible endo issues

Very interesting and a debate which I'm sure will continue on. Personally I made the decision to keep drinking it through IVF (prob had 4 cups a day), cut it out entirely during first trimester (just in case the folic acid thing was true) and I'm now in my second trimester and having one cup some days but not others (so as to lower caffeine - I much prefer it with lemon and have never seen any decaf ones). I don't think we'll ever kno the true extent to which it affects us so everyone has to make their own decision.

Think you're right, we'll never fully know the answer, and there are great benefits from it too! The decaf one we saw was in a larger tesco store, clipper ones I believe as they don't bleach the bags which my sister prefers. Have a look here if you're interested, Holland and Barratt prob an easy option to try xx
