Will I have scan on first app

Hi , will I have to have a scab at my first app . I know they will go through all my forms and discuss the treatment . What was your first app like ? App is Tuesday 😊😊😊

Hi, at my first appointment they did do a scan to make sure everything looks normal. It is an internal scan which unfortunately you will get used to. They should not hurt at all although some people feel slight pressure.

It can be embarrasing for us especially the first few times but remember for the doctors/nurses its just what they do everyday so dont worry. Your partner can go in with you although they wont say so as they dont want you to feel they have to. My husband prefers not to but he is switched off from it all most of the time.

We are using the care clinic Nottingham but it's a 2 hour journey from us but they have a satellite clinic at one of our local hospitals which is 16 miles away good luck Tuesday let me know how it went for you and good luck xx
