Hey, you'll be ok I promise, the needles are so fine & once you've got the first one out of the way it gets easier. Get your other half to do it for you. good luck to you 😃
Hey, thanks for the advice😉My husband has promised he will do them for me! Hopefully after the first time I can start doing them myself. Best of luck to you too😉 x
Thank you for your kind words, I am really nervous but as you said keep thinking of the end result😉Good luck to you too and keep in touch as would love to know how you are getting on!
I'm starting injections in feb and have a phobia of needles too.... best of luck. Just remember what it's all for and be brave. Apparently you can get numbing cream from the docs or use ice to numb the area. What I've also heard is pinch the area to stop bruising and my sis is a nurse and told me not to push too hard as it takes a little while to 'give' but when it does it will go in fast. She said to pull the needle out slowly so as not to bruise also and also alternate sides. Not looking forward to it but it's so worth it... I've been having acupuncture which has helped a little with the needle phobia... and it is calming... Maybe give that a go? Best of luck and keep going! Will follow you if that's ok x
Hey, thanks for all your tips! I have been thinking of trying acupuncture, will certainly give it a try😉I may well try and get the numbing cream (am such a wimp!)😜Best of luck to you too, will keep in touch and of course it's ok to follow me, I will follow you too if ok! Take care 😀 X X
