Is it a must to take cyclogest progynova at the same time per day? I don't have set times apart from morning afternoon and night

Hi i dont know what cyclogest is but i am on progynova from last 3 weeks, my nurse said u can take it any time but you can not miss it if u miss it u will shed your lining. So well.! We do not hav any choice. I take mine in afternoon , evening and at night always on different times... Wish u lots of baby dust👶👶👶 good luck.

Hi samrakkar. I would just follow the instructions on the packet. They are progesterone and oestrogen supplements. If it says morning, afternoon and night, then take them together. If you are particularly worried then check with your clinic. Good luck! Diane
