Ok I've just started taking the buserlin injections on day 5 now I have a baseline next Thursday they said something about my period do I have to have had it and it be over or can I be on my period for this? Bit gross I know but hey!

When I was taking buserelin and awaiting a period they told me they will do the scan regardless of period I was mortified but better that than delayed I guess? Hope your doing ok with the injections and not too stressed best of luck x x x

The injections are the easy bit lol first one took me half an hour being a wimp lol but now they are fine x well hopefully it will arrive soon as my appointment is next week xx

Hi! I am on Buserilin too - started day 21, AF came on day 28, and I've got another week until baseline (I'm on an extra week as hubby is travelling!!) I had a scan back when I was doing fertility test and it was on day 1 of my period. Internal scan but was fine - doc said it was the best time to do that particular test so I guess they're used to it! Not to be too detailed, but my period lasted longer than normal this time which I think is because of the Buserilin. Im hoping that's a good thing as the lining should be nice and thin by the baseline. Good luck with your baseline - mine is next Monday and I'm getting nervous now it's all happening! Kx

I started on day 23 as my cycle is around 35 days so hoping that it arrives soon don't want to have to delay it when it feels close now mine is Thursday so there is still time good luck x
