Thanks ladies for your kind words, just feels like a kick in the stomach and yet somehow i still hope how silly.

Seem to be beating myself up about all the things I did wrong and if I changed it maybe it would have changed the result....

Here's hoping to our next time round whenever that will be.

I was the same, even weeks later I felt myself wondering if they had made a mistake and there was something in there. Its just very very hard to let go isn't it. You can't beat yourself up: my doctor told me that my failed IVF was most likely due to a chromosomal issue with the embryo, and actually the 'fail' was my body doing its job of rejecting what is not quite right - it was nothing that I did or didn't do. That gave me some consolation, this really is such a lottery.

This might help you a bit with that. On All my et i either went back to work but light duties or I did not work. So it would not have made any difference sweetie. Unless you did stuff like heavy lifting and over exercising etc. so please don't blame yourself. It's not your fault honestly. Take care. Xx
