Anyone else's partner had low sperm count and motilty and manages to increase it naturally...?

He's been told to take WELLMAN tablets which are suppose to increase the sperm and motility.

Anyone else tried these?.... Have they worked etc......?

Yes my husband started to take them a month ago, his sperm count was 7 million on our last iui, we have just done iui again on Thursday and it has increased to 17 million, motility has also increased quite significantly. It must be down to the vitamins as he hasn't changed anything else in his lifestyle...

Although my husband doesn't have low sperm count he has taken Wellman tablets, Vitamin E and Proceed Plus which has kept his sperm healthy and at a good level. We couldn't find the Proceed Plus in the chemist so bought it online. Good Luck.

Hi when we did our first iui hubbys sperm count was 1milion, second go of iui his count increased to 15 million, last iui it increased to 25 million. He has been taking the wellman tablets but also cut out alcohol, eating lots of tomatoes and sunflower seeds. Unfortunately our 3rd iui failed so its ivf next for us. Been trying 2.5 years. Im aged 30. Im glad his count has increased though so he is going to carry on with what he has been doing. We are both on a health kick as of tomorrow to try and loose wait. Will be making a doctors appt tomorrow to ask to be referred for ivf. Just hoping there isnt a waiting list. I live in somerset so would go to dorchester hospital.
