I definitely recommend seeing a good urologist to diagnose if there are any medical issues affecting your husband's sperm. After treatment from the urologist for a hormone problem, my husband's sperm count went from under 3 million to over 40 million - there are still quality issues that mean we haven't been successful, but it definitely helped a lot.
Hi Sahithya, definitely talk to a urologist, ours found a varicocele that my husband will have surgery on once the delays decrease because of covid. A year ago he had low count and quality. He changed his diet, stopped drinking and took procieve max daily and last analysis came back more than double count from 11 million to 26 million and quality from 3 to 4.5. We are currently going through ivf/icsi but seems like something went right in the past year with his analysis improving. X
Hi Sahitithya, sorry to hear of situation. We’ve been in the same boat twice, and the delay of seeing the urologist gave me so much anxiety. But both times they found evidence of varicocele and the procedure to rectify it made a massive difference. Many Drs consistently recommended Proxeed so it’s worth your husband starting that too. They also mentioned no barbecued food, good exercise and healthy eating. I hope it works out. I needed lots of meditation and often distraction to help with a lot of stressful times. Xxx
