Hi there, has anyone got any success stories from having ICSI treatment...

Due to low sperm count and motility....

Or is anyone going through the ICSI process...

What to expect etc?

Hello again. I don't have success story as yet. Hoping to get one Tuesday. Massively fingers crossed. But I do know what icsi is like. So if you have any questions then feel free to ask. ️Xx

Hi emma, i have been thru icsi, bt unfortunately hubby's sperm quality was not great, and our embryos didnt grow after 3days. We are planning a second and last go.

Please dont be disheartened by my story, i know a good few people that icsi has worked for them. Stay postive and keeps crossed.

Hey we have a success story with icsi, I am currently 10weeks pregnant with twins. It took the second time to work- but it's worked and we are over the moon.

Keep positive it can happen xx

Hello, Icsi is our next option because my Parter has no sperm count. Do you know of any success?

May I ask, did you ask to have 2 eggs put back in to get your twins? What age was you and ur partner? I am going through icsi due to my boyfriend's low sperm count. We are both Age 29. I am on my first go and 3 weeks into taking the pill

Hi ... We did ICSI due to low sperm count and mobility (plus I only have one working ovary). We were really lucky it worked first time for us, only got 6 eggs, two of which worked. unfortunately I lost one of the twins whilst pregnant but my little girl is now 5 months old and is totally brilliant (and healthy etc).

Good luck !!!

Hi, I think most people have ICSI nowadays as it has much better results. We too were male-factor issues, due to my partner having had a vasectomy, which we had reversed. Just remember they only need one sperm per egg! Our 1st cycle we got 6 blasts, fresh cycle = BFN, but 1st frozen cycle worked! I am now 6 months pregnant with our little girl! As above, be prepared for an emotional time but try to stay positive because it can work! Good luck and lots of love xxx

Hi we've just had IVF and ICSI, Ivf on 4 eggs and ICSI on 3 eggs, all 3 ICSI fertilised but this was the third attempt of treatment so the clinic knew us reasonably well, they are on ice at the moment. X

I am near the end of my first ICSI cycle. Hubby had 0 sperm so had to use a donor, the donor we chose had healthy sperm but it was lazy (typical man haha) so we were offered ICSI.

I had my eggs collected on Wednesday, 30 eggs and 17 fertilised. 9 are currently on ice and 8 are growing nicely. Mine will be frozen for a couple of months due to high OHSS risk but fertilisation has definately been achieved :-)

Your journey will be exactly the same as IVF, ICSI is only something different done in the lab at collection/fertilisation stage.

Good luck on your journey xx

Hi I'm 10 weeks on Monday after first round of icsi. Only one egg made it out of 2 so we had a really low chance but so far I've had 3 scans and the baby is exactly as it should be with a clear heartbeat. Wish you the beat of luck xx
