ICSI Success stories?

I have just finished my ICSI/IVF treatment and had a 2 embryo transfer on day 5. Now for the long wait! It would be amazing to hear other people's success stories and experiences to keep me going. Trying to stay positive! 🍀

Hi Bluebell I've just had my second round of IVF/ICSI and had x2 day 5 transferred too at the end of March... We have our 7 week scan on Weds 😊 Keep yourself busy, happy and keep yourself positive. Best of luck!! Xx

Hi! I've got a 14 month old boy from ICSI. I always thought that because of the stats it would always be someone else who got pregnant... But somehow it worked for us.

Crossing my fingers and toes for you! Xx

Hi bluebell_behcets  I am in the same situation as you atm I had 2x blasts transferred on Saturday morning so I'm 2dp5dt atm. This is the hardest part now because all your mind seems to do is second guess things. My advice would be try and keep yourself as occupied as normal it will go much quicker. Good luck , here's hoping we have sticky ones on board xx

Hi Bluebell, I had ICSI and was lucky enough to fall pregnant on my first attempt. Am now 38 weeks and just waiting to meet my little one.  The only advice I can give at this stage is to try and stay relaxed, eat healthily, lots of fresh pineapple and try going for walks. Good luck and hope the 2ww doesn't drag too much!

Hi Bluebell,

I had 2 X 5day blasts transferred this time round and am incredibly happy to say I'm 12 weeks pregnant today with twins. ICSI was really the only option for us as we have a small amount of sperm stored from when my husband had cancer treatment as a teenager.

Easier said than done but the best thing for you to do is relax, get afew books out, do some baking, have friends and family over for a visit or two. Don't overthink every twinge or discomfort - which is what I did!

Sending you, and everyone else on their journey and 2ww lots of luck and positive thinking! X
