Are all GP's as useless as our?

Not only did it take my GP 15 just to send a referal off, which I ended up having to chase as they were sending NHS referrals when I asked for private but now they have gone and lost my husbands welfare of a child form, containing both our names date of birth and signitures!! Seriouse breach of data protection and patient confidentiality!! And they tell us not to get stressed but it's impossible not to!!!

Hi HannahM. Have just been looking through some unanswered posts – hence the late reply. I was so sorry that you feel that you have received unsatisfactory treatment from your GP. After all this time, I really do hope that he/she has now managed to get all the appropriate forms together and by now you have – or have had – your appointment. Good luck with it all. Diane
