Has anyone experienced bleeding and feeling sick, I'm so worried but I know if I call the doctors they won't do anything.

Sweetie I'm so sorry to hear that . Call your doctor ASAP or midwife. They may not be able to do a lot but they will check u over and make u feel more at ease . i had bleeding when I was pregnant with my son I saw my doctor and he brought my scan forward. I bled heavily and was convinced that I'd miscarried. And when I went to the scan I was so surprised to see a baby there :) And my sister bled too when pregnant with her daughter(her 2nd child) the doctor thought she was losing the baby and little Felicity is a healthy 8 month old baby :) Please try not to worry I know that's nearly impossible-although some women do bled during pregnancy and (gone to have their babies)-any bleeding should always be checked out by your doctor/midwife. Good luck sweetie I hope it all goes well. Let me know how u get on. I'm here if u wanna chat can pm me if u want -otherwise best of luck hunni :) X x x

Call the docs. Who cares if they think you are being silly. It's your body and your baby and if you are concerned then call them. The stress and worry will not help you so you are better off calling them to ease your mind. My fingers and toes are crossed for you. Good luck. xx

If it was me, I would go to the doctors and remind them of what you went through to get pregnant, and that therefore you are understandably more anxious and concerned about your pregnancy, and need more help. You can tell them that you need to feel very supported at the moment as it is the only way to keep your stress under control. They should understand.

Remember, it is their job to treat you both physically and emotionally. If you are stressed, anxious and upset then they can treat this by giving you more reassurance during your pregnancy than they would need to for other ladies.

I explain to my GP & nurses that I am scared, anxious and paranoid about everything that happens 'down there', and they are really understanding that I need a little more care and attention than other ladies. For example I currently have an infection and will be going back for more tests in 2 weeks to make sure it has gone.. they would not normally bother doing this but they understand that for my mental wellbeing it is necessary (as it was an infection that rendered me infertile initially).

Hi Stella I don't want to alarm you but my clinic said bleeding after transfer is not good, however like others say some woman can bleed and still be ok, I think if its like a period then its more concerning then just alittle bit. Get in touch with your clinic/GP/Midwife to be checked. I hope everything is ok..x

I spoke to my doctor and they refered me two days later but the bleeding had stopped so I didn't bother going in as they could scan for another 5 days away. I'm just better off waiting for my scan at clinic in two days. All has stopped just horrible 14 hour sickness days

Stella I am pleased things have settled a bit for you, wishing you well for your upcoming scan. x

Thankyou fingers crossed for Wednesday. It makes you think that just because the test is positive doesn't mean yr out the red. Some people take it as a stable thing but it's clearly not x

Yes I know, my clinic told me you can have miscarriages in IVF and I had to accept it, I think its because if the embryologist picks a embryo to implant in your uterus, they don't exactly know what is going on in side of it, just how it appears to look on the outside, must be frustrating for them I think. So really it is nobodies fault. x
