Hi there, I had my tube removed and was asked back for a lap & dye test to see if my other tube was blocked. I demanded an operation to try to mend it before ivf so they tried but was unsuccessfull. I then referred myself to an ivf clinic as we were not elegible for free ivf where we live. I'm doing an egg share sceme to reduse the cost and Help someone else out. All this was a result from endometriosis. X
up to you. if going for nhs funding there will be forms to complete to secure the funds. but she will fully want to explain the process, check yu are ok, answer questions, and then talk about how the treatment would be taken forward with you.
it will probably be an informal chat to begin with, a chance for you to find out what's involved and to ask any questions and they may start the paperwork rolling.
good luck. Our little ivf miracle is due in May and for us it was all totally worth it.
