should ovulate on the 25th and they should do the transfer on the 30th of January. I hope frozen cycles do work! Im having 2 embryos transferred.

Ahh fingers crossed for you hun. I was wondering are you allowed to request that 2 embryos are implanted?

Hi yes I asked for 2 transferred, they warned me about twins but I am allowed 2 because they are frozen.

When did you get your referral approved? Just wondering how long to wait before this happens for us as I ovulate in 3 weeks and our appointment is today! x

Hi jsth1979 I had a failed IVF cycle and had lots of spare embryos left over so they froze them so they are just moving us forward to use these up first before we go on to a 2nd IVF cycle. Ive had a 3 month break in between. Are you having a frozen cycle? x

Hope you are ok and everything goes well... I have been reading your comments over the months.

how come you don't need drugs etc? thought you need injections to stimulate ovulation etc. is this because you already have the embryos there waiting?

Hi nellynel im doing a natural frozen cycle, I have embryos left from my first attempt that did not work. The reason why I am aloud to do it in a natural cycle is because I have a blood clot risk from my past medical history so it is safer for me to do it in a more natural way rather then shut my ovaries down again with drugs. They just do scans to check when im about to ovulate then 5 days from ovulation they transfer the embryos as they are 5 day embryos we have frozen.

Thanks! Appointment went well today. Looks like on egg collection if thee are some good ones spare they will freeze them so that I could have them transferred if I fail cycle... I'm so excited! Actually NOT stressed about it

Reading up on it and talking to the nurse today has made it all a lot clearer. I know what we're getting ourselves in for now and we're ready! X
