Can anyone explain how to use the Pessaries correctly?

Hi.

I take mine rectally and it's pretty simple. I sit on the toilet and gently push it up until it feels comfortable and your bum muscles hold it in place while it dissolves, It's a bit gross but you get used to it. If you use them vaginally insert it as you would a tampon but remember to stay lying down for a while after as it can slide out. Also a bit messier so wear a pantyliner. Remember to wash your hands before and after.

Hey, I used mine vaginally. Basically (and it's really easy) squat or put one foot on the loo seat, stand the blunt end on the tip of your tallest finger, push it up as far as you can (it'll just go in the right direction, it's a total breeze), then get on with the rest of your day/ eve. As above, you'll prob need a liner!!!x
