Is it just my hormones?

It is a month now since coming off all the Ivf drugs for my failed cycle. The last couple of days I have been getting confused, hot, out of breath and can't stop crying for no reason. I feel uptight. Does anyone know how long this lasts or what to do.

Aww, feeling for you. I know after my first failed round, it hit me really hard and I as crying all over the place.

I would recommend having a word with someone nie at your clinic and check there's nothing medically wrong, but it feels like this might be part of the greiving process. If that is the case, I would suggest going and having a few sessions with your fertility counsellor. I did this, as at one point I was beginning to become unfunctional, and we talked through it all, plus she gave me some tools for being able to work through my issues, which I still use today when I am going through a bad time.

Best wishes
