Electrolytes

Hi ladies, has anyone added electrolyte powders into their water to help them stay hydrated? I would like some recommendations that are safe for use during pregnancy. I am based in the UK. Thank you xx

hello Ramenbowl, I have just been diagnosed with a bacterial infection and in addition to antibiotics they’ve prescribed me dyrolite, which I think is an electrolyte. The doctor knows im pregnant and I also checked with my fertility doctor and both said they’re fine. Hope this helps!

Important to stay hydrated during this warm weather Keep bottle of water with you during the day and drink frequently Also keep water by bed side during the night - might mean a night time trip to the toilet
