Sickness has disappeared - now panicking!

Hi everyone, I’m 6 weeks pregnant and had a lot of nausea every day from 4 weeks until I was 5 weeks. Then for the past week (since I’ve had Covid) - nothing! I’ve still got cramps and sore boobs (but am taking progesterone which can cause sore boobs). I had a previous miscarriage and am now panicking that the same might be happening. I have an early scan booked for Wednesday but have constant anxiety and a sinking feeling which is horrible to manage in the meantime! Did anyone else have sickness that disappeared but the pregnancy was still healthy? Or any words of wisdom please! Thank you! X

Hi, I'm exactly the same. From 4w aickness galore and sore boobs. 6w Yesterday and I noticed my symptoms have decreased alot. My tests are still really dark though. I'm trying to just remain positive as symptoms can come and go. I don't have much to say to reassure you. But I wish you all the best.

Hi, that’s reassuring that your tests are still dark. I haven’t done any recently so maybe I’ll see what mine look like too. Thank you, all the best to you too!

Hi. I completely understand your anxiety! I had sickness for a few days at the very start of my pregnancy and then absolutely nothing. Even my boobs stopped feeling sore. I had zero symptoms from about 6 weeks. It threw me into a massive anxiety spiral. It's really hard. All I will say is if you are feeling worried at all contact your EPAU. Mine were amazing and allowed me to have scans if I felt worried. But no symptoms is completely normal.

Yes and I also wrote a similar post asking for help - my nausea would come and go sometimes for weeks on end - it’s of other posted also shared similar experiences. These did bring me comfort at the time so have a good search if you haven’t.

It’s completely normal and I’m currently 20 weeks with a healthy boy. Good luck for your pregnancy and enjoy the rest whilst you can - I’m sure it will be back soon!

15 weeks and never had any symptoms! Baby is just fine. I am a psycho though, I have scans every week more to manage my anxiety than to see if the baby is growing! Hang in there. Some people like me never have symptoms!

Thank you all so much for your replies. It really has helped to hear your experiences. I have my scan in a few days so just have to hang on a bit longer now. Wishing you all the best in your pregnancies x
