Pink spotting

Hi,

I’m currently 10 weeks 5 days pregnant and I’ve just had some light pink spotting. I had this in the first couple of weeks and the clinic assured me it wasn’t a concern, and I’ve just rang my midwife for a call back tomorrow to check.

Has anyone else experienced this in their first trimester? Trying not to panic but anytime you see something odd it’s worrying.

yes, I had spotting at 7 weeks. I was told to lie on my left side and take it easy for a day or too. It then stopped. I was also told not to worry. I’m now 31 weeks along ! Hope all is ok for you xx

Thank you - I had it at around 7 weeks too, midwife has told me not to panic and just keep an eye on it.

Hey lying on ur left side and rest! I was also told to eat walnuts to help with implantation. I did this until I was 12 weeks! Who knows if it actually works but for me I’m convinced it helped xx
