Hi does anyone know the recommended dose for folic acid if you're pregnant with twins? I'm getting conflicting advice and I'd like to hear from someone who has been through this or been given good advice. Thanks!

Is the same dose as for singletons -5mg a day, this is what's been recommended to me. Your body takes how much is needed from the 5mg, anything extra will be eliminated through the urine. Congratulations on your twins! ♥️
