I use Proceive omega 3 (along with their prenatal vitamin) and doing well!

I use Equazen mumomega and is for pregnancy. Although the pregnacare that comes with omega plus, provides separate capsules for omega 3 at really good doses. I dont use it myself bcs I dont buy pregnacare as take all my vitamins separately rather than in 1 multivitamin.

Same, I take all mine separately too as some I take higher levels of x will have a look at this one than you x
