Probiotics in pregnancy

Anyone could tell me about taking safe probiotics in pregnancy? I heard about symprove. It works good. But not sure, is it safe to take symprove in whole pregnancy? Any recommendations for this?

I have been taking bio kult and when I told the midwife that did not say it was unsafe or to stop. Hope that helps? X
