Clocks gone back, med times!

This is probably such a ridiculous question 😂 but now that the clocks have gone back, will it matter that I’m taking my meds at say 8.30pm ‘new time’ when I was taking them at 8.30pm ‘old time’? So I’m essentially taking my meds an hour later than usual! X

this is so funny because I thought the same thing today. Basically I just stuck to the time for me it’s 730 (despite the hour schedule) as that what works for me and my timetable generally. Hoping one day an hour later (I think whichever ) won’t make a difference

Thanks! I’m glad it’s not just me 🙊 I didn’t want to change to 7.30am/pm to match the old times hour adjustment equivalent because I’m on the train to work at 7.30am so won’t be able to do that x

you don’t say what meds you’re on but suspect an hour’s difference once won’t do any harm 😘

I was all the over the place with my meds timings due to work commitments and it made no difference. My clinic said as long as the meds are roughly spaced out equally throughout the day it’s all good!x

Brilliant thank you! That’s reassuring! X

Yeah, I was also told not to worry about time variation. My lovely clinic nurse said if I wanted an extra hour or so in bed at the weekend etc then it wouldn’t make any difference.x
