I am 13 weeks pregnant today and have anti phospholipid syndrome. I was advised clexane at the start of the cycle by my ivf clinic in Prague. I had injections for till my 14th week with me. Now as the I am nearly done I had to contact my obgyn in Netherlands and they have prescribed fraxiparine as the injection.
does any one know the difference between fraxiparine and clexane. Are you allowed to switch prescriptions in the middle of a pregnancy?
Stopping progesterone at 16weeks
Bleed at 8+2 - Update: Hematoma around gestational sac
Viability scan 7+3 and weaning off some Progesterone 
Continuing on progesterone beyond 14 weeks pregnant
