Stressed out from secondhand smoke

Hi all, because of fertility treatment I’ve been staying at the hotel. I’m 8 weeks pregnant. Today I smelled smoke in my room, the room across from just checked in and I’m pretty sure they smoke in the room (its a non smoking hotel and non smoking room). I’m super pissed off. I complained to the receptionist and they warned them and will keep their deposit but still those two inconsiderate people still smoke. I’m worried now, even though only 1 night and hotel said they’re going to check out tomorrow, I feel hopeless not able to protect my little one.

Am I too paranoid?

Hi Liediana. Yes, they are totally inconsiderate. Try not to worry too much about your little one, who is tucked up safely inside you. Apart from put a towel under the door, you're stuck. You will soon be out of there. Diane
