Advice for reoccurring chemical pregnancies

Evening all,

I’m posting on behalf of a friend who has now had four chemical pregnancies (in the space of four months). She’s getting a positive test for a few days before getting her period. She’s currently awaiting a fertility clinic appointment, but has found out she is pregnant again, so trying to source some progesterone in an attempt to prevent another chemical. However, the fertility clinic won’t prescribe anything as she’s not yet a patient, the Early Pregnancy Unit won’t prescribe any as they will only do so after a viability scan at 6 weeks, and the GP is just referring her to EPU.

Does anyone have any suggestions to prevent another chemical loss? Or ideas where/ how she can source some progesterone pessaries? I really feel for her, stuck in a loop without getting the help she needs.

Thank you 🙏🏻
