I recently has embryo transfer 3 days before and waiting for 15th day from the procedure. But its very stressful period for me, i cant wait to see the result. Was trying to get pregnant from last 2 years and gone throught so many procedures. This is my first embryo transfer and really worried about Do and Dont's. It would be great if you spill some advice here. What should be expected in this waiting 15 days of period.

My advice on do’s before and after transfer:
- Try and sleep as much as possible.
- Drink lots of water. I drank hot water with fresh ginger and lemon.
- Cut out coffee, alcohol, and unpasteurised cheese completely.
- Added some extra vitamins to help, like COQ10, iron and vitamin d, on top of the pregnancy vitamins.
- Had a massage twice before transfer.
- Tried to avoid stress (much easier said then done).
- Made sure I ate fresh fruit, vegetables and dried fruit every day.
