I’m 4dp5dt natural fet- no progesterone.

Yesterday I had stinging in my nipples (sorry!) & cramping today. I’ve been feeling exhausted only doing normal things.

I’m hoping they’re positive signs but I’m so worried it’s my period about to creep up on me!

I'v heard about this non medicated FET, it has been suggested to me for next time because I'm so hormonally unbalanced each time. Hopefully these symptoms are a good thing, keep us posted.
