16dp5dt bleeding 😭

Hey lovelies

Absolutely heartbroken , just gone to the toilet and saw bright red blood with a small clot in it (tmi)and I don’t know what to do … 😭 I’m assuming my clinic will be closed for Christmas now … 😭 and I’m assuming I just have to see how the bleed continues ? You think of 9 failed pregnancies I would know how to feel or what to do by now, but this is my first ivf attempt with all the drugs and science involved so just prayed it would be different .

Any advice much appreciated . Do I go to my local epu ?

Hi lovely. It must be horrible. Call your local epu and see what they say. It's a bit early to see anything and the bleeding is not always a bad thing. I had a massive red billed with cloths at 7 weeks and still had a healthy pregnancy. I know it's difficult but try to relax, sit and do nothing. Observe your body. Call the epu. I have everything crossed for you ❤️

Good morning! How are you feeling today? I would stay in bed if you can and chill. Hope all is good x

Morning lovely . Iv not had any bleeding this morning just a tiny bit of very light brown when I wipe . Obviously spent the whole night googling pictures of what’s spotting and what’s not 🤦🏻‍♀️ Iv cancelled our plans for today so I will say in bed all day . Thanks so much for thinking of me . I hope you have a lovely Christmas 🎄 xx

I'm glad the bleeding stopped. 🤞 It's your turn for a miracle ❤️🎄

Hi lovely try not to worry although I know it's hard!

I had 2 gushes of blood at 7 weeks, I was sure I was miscarrying from the amount of blood.. TMI but the blood soaked through my leggings.

I went to A&E where they referred me to EPU to have a scan. The baby was fine but turned out I had a subchorionic hematoma which was causing the bleeding. Are you still bleeding now?

Also Merry Christmas! ❤

Ah thank you so much for your response hun , especially on Christmas Day 🤦🏻‍♀️🥰

I’m trying to hold hope that it could be something Other then a miscarriage and although Iv stopped bleeding and it was literally only that one gush last night then stopped , I did a clear blue digital and it has gone back to 2-3 weeks … they day before I got the bleed my test finally said 3+ so can only assume my HCG is lowering 😩

I will contact my private clinic on Monday and try go in for more bloods 🤞 it’s just a horrible feeling knowing there’s nothing you can do but wait and see 😩❤️ x

Glad to hear the bleeding has stopped! That's a good sign!

As for the pregnancy test depending on the time of day you did it and how diluted your urine is that could be the reason it came back as 2-3.

When I was testing multiple times a day the line would sometimes be lighter then the previous ones.

If you have any tests left try do one today and don't drink too much water as this could dilute your urine too much. Also wait a couple hours from the last time you went pee before you take the test

Wish you all the best ❤

Thank you so much ❤️ Iv just done another digital and got a 3+ again , so I’m praying it means there’s still a pregnancy there 🤞🤞 xxxx

That's great news!! Sounds like your urine was just too diluted yesterday!

If you want reassurance maybe book a HCG blood test as I found that trying to go by pregnancy tests isn't accurate, look at my post that says 'help lines getting lighter'. I too panicked but I'm now 9 weeks pregnant and all is going well!

So happy for you 🥰 xx
