Ask about blood clotting disorders, thyroid levels, AMH, chromosomal problems. I think these should be tested as standard anyway but some of the tests can take a long time to come back, particularly the ones for blood clotting. Then if you do test positive for any blood clotting, they need to repeat the test 12 weeks later to confirm. The good news is that if it is blood clotting, it can be treated with blood thinners. There are other things they will likely check too but I can't think of those right now.
Sometimes they will find nothing wrong as it can be just one of those things but it is reassuring to get investigated. For me, it was one of the clotting problems - Hughes Syndrome (APS). Best of luck with your appointment.
