Getting enough protein is vital, yes protein supplements are good as part of a healthy diet

Is there a specific brand or type of protein? There's so many out there. I've tried "vital protein" but I some side effects from that one, I had stomach ache.

I use Andrew Lessman products organic,clean and strat from his facility. He has been around for 30 years . g oogle him. I order from HSN because the prices are so good and you can return it if you don;t like it. Plus there are alot of reviews you can read. Hope this helps.😀
