Hi Living

The diagnosis isn't destiny, but you do have to address the causes. For most people it is an unhealthy diet. We have a lot of information on the website. Here is a link which may help you understand it. The important thing is to remember that food is medicine and an important goal is to try to have your liver work as little as possible.

It is a slow process and can be very discouraging. None of us know the course of our disease but your best chance to manage it is to persist with a healthy diet and get to a weight appropriate for you. Easy to say I know but that is the tool we have right now

Hi

How are you feeling today? I have Nash with fibrosis and have been healthy eating, it is hard and a very slow process. Mine was caused by meds from my drs but I do understand that drinking can very addictive and can become an illness. Thinking of you. Please take care Lynne

Hi

How are you feeling tonight? I've had Nash with fibrosis since November 2016 caused by meds from my drs. I understand that there are many different causes if liver disease and I really feel for anyone who has it. I'm not too good at the moment but I do have many conditions as well as Nash. Please take care Lynne
