Coffee Consumption

Hello,

Does anybody know if Decaf coffee has the same positive effects as regular coffee? I've seen a lot of studies which show coffee has benefits but nothing regarding decaf. I'm wondering whether the caffeine is the main helpful ingredient or whether it's the coffee itself?

I'm quite sensitive to caffeine and struggle to drink more than a cup. I've been drinking 4 cups of decaf a day, but I don't really like the actual taste of coffee, so wondering whether I'm wasting my time?

Thanks!
