Recently Diagnosed With Fatty Liver
Hi,
Because NAFLD (non-alcoholic fatty liver disease) mostly stems from diet. The best approach is through diet change permanently. So change the oil you use, reduce your calories (it depends though). And also it is important to find the stage of NAFLD
Hi
I was first diagnosed with Nash in November 2016 caused by meds given to me by my drs over the years!!! I eat healthily and do a little exercise. It hurts cos everything is processed by the liver and mine us so large it stretched the capsule around it which causes the pain, I've also got an enlarged spleen. Please take care Lynne
I agree Lynn, I should've made that more clear.
That's ok. Board you feeling today?
A lil better with the liver but I'm also battling gastritis and an h pylori infection, maybe ulcers. Trouble is any medicine I take bothers me.
I know what you mean, I have many conditions and of course everything hurts going through my liver?!
I don't know why I put board when it should have said how are?!?! Take care Lynne
Thank you I have been on heavy medication for 7 years wondering if it has something to do with the damage
I do think some GPS prescribe meds just to keep us quiet! Love and hugs Lynne xxxx
aww that's really sweet thank you and yes I agree they seem to use medication to mask problems instead of giving people the correct treatment xxx
